Acer Veritron business PC light on your pocket

A surprisingly cheap business PC, Acer Veritron X270-ED7400C costs just $500 settled into a chassis with dimensions 4x10.5x12.5 inches. Supporting the user interface is the Vista Business along with Windows XP installation setups. The PC features 1GB DIMMs expandable memory which can be extended to 2GB. The extremely small PC is linked with Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 processor. I will advise you to consider the processor factor since it is not compatible with the Window 7’s XP mode so you will have some drawbacks on the OS front.

Power consumption is extremely low with just 39W when idle though it cannot be given a Green Tech approved seal since it lacks green certifications. If you want a dual OS pc, then I would suggest to think over some more since the Acer Veritron does not feature dual OS support.

Even though it is considered as an upgrade for Net Tops and Net Books due to its extremely small size, it is slower then them. So you will need to sacrifice on processor speed but still its main gravity points are its extremely compact size and easy to service and its super cheap price. So if you want to add speed to your business PC, then I would suggest its brother, Veritron X270-ED7400C which is a bit more expensive business PC when compared to this one but its features are superior.
