The Acer Aspire Predator is new to the gaming arena, and comes very capable to perform. If the hard core gamers want something to support pasy,present and the future coming games then predator is ready to go. It is built to suit the present and future gaming demands and that can also be upgraded should it ever start to fall behind. It is reasonably priced to purchase with high end performance. Could be a real winner for Acer here.

A full size tower with a lot of inside space comes and fun orange colored chassis. Comes with accessible drive bays that can hold up to four hard drives set up in a RAID array. When you disassemble the unit you will find empty slots for up to three more PCIe x16 cards, three more memory DIMMs, a PCIe x1 card, and plenty of space inside and the system comes with PCI 56K modem.

The Predator supports up to two GTX 280 cards for dual SLI or up to three GeForce 9800GTX+ cards for triple SLI, which is the limit of the system. ATI Radeon 4870 X2, 4870, or 4850 cards for CrossFireX multi-card configuration is supported by the mother board. Also loaded with 750w power supply the system can support multicard activity smoothly. It runs Crysis at 1,280-by-1,024 (74 frames per second), World in Conflict (WiC) at 1,280-by-1,024 (84 fps), and WiC at 1,920-by-1,200 (35 fps)

The Intel Core i7-940 processor inside the G7710-U7790A provides enough performance for really any game. As for multimedia performance it has scored above avarage with no real weak points. Predator has also exceeded in the PCMark Vantage and 3DMark Vantage tests rated as unbeatable in gaming performance. Costing just around $2,300 It is affordable and delivers what it promises.
