Acer Aspire G7700-UQ9550A Predator
Acer Aspire G7700-UQ9550A Predator Gaming Computer

Acer aspire predator sits in a bright orange painted chassis with a statement “Beware, my enemies, for I am here”. The predator utilizes 1920 GB SATA hard drive and 8 GB RAM to support the Intel Core 2 Quad. The doors are added up with vents. The Predator has the exceptional feature of a RAID 5 configuration which enables you to continue your work even if one of the SATA hard disks crashes.

Though stylish, the chassis holds the disadvantage that you cannot open the side panel until you unscrew the arms and plus the DDR2 RAMs are not expandable. The nVidia graphics hard is held with a removable bracket which keeps it intact and a CPU liquid cooler. The Predator works with a 750W power supply and provides additional three more PCIe x16 slots in the cabinet.

The Predator’s user interface can be annoying for the user since 5 screens show up at the start for backup and other Acer utility functions. The system also has some pre-installed Acer’s applications that didn't need to be there. The Predator is proving to be a good gaming system with 57 frames per second and 1280 x 1024 resolution. The system supports over clocking and has a hard reset button on the rear part to provide you with the feature of returning back to the factory specifications. Over all a solid gaming computer by Acer.
